In the Steam and mobile versions of the game, there are ten achievements you can get. Some of them occur naturally when you play, but some are a little more difficult, and it's not possible to get them all in one play-through.

Shutterbug: Take all four photographs. Using the Polaroid camera from Lauren's apartment, take photos of Joey, Isaac Brown, Dwayne from Jambalaya Records, and Cecil Sharpe.

Take it on the Chin: Work it so Joey only gets hit by the saxophone once. This is a matter of having Joey grab the sax and talk to Isaac only once. Once he gives you the name of Johnny Ivory's, you don't really need to talk to him again until Lauren comes back with the duet recording. You won't see the achievement notice until you send Isaac to his reward.

Dreamcatcher: Listen to all of Lauren's dreams. That is, listen to all ten recordings on the Dictaphone you picked up in Lauren's apartment.

Laugh it Up: Find the game's blooper reel. If you take all four photographs, you'll unlock the Photo Album, and one of those includes bloopers from the voice acting recording sessions.

How do I access the photo album?

Chain Smoker: Smoke over 100 cigarettes. Whenever you switch to Joey and Lauren is idle, she chain smokes. So to get this achievement, go to Lauren's apartment, change to Joey, and leave the game running while you go have lunch or something. Lauren will stand around smoking pretty much nonstop. Yuck! You can also make her light up by using her lighter on the pack of cigarettes in her inventory.

Trying to Cut Down: Smoke less than 20 cigarettes throughout the game. This is a matter of playing as fast as you can, switching to Joey as little as possible. This is something to try for on your second go-round, at least.

Floating Head: Find the floating head Easter egg. In Johnny Ivory's, use the "Case List" in your inventory on the tables at the bottom right about five times to see ... well, a floating head, just for a moment. Ew.

Shivah Call: Look up the name "Russell Stone" in the phone book, then call him. This is a character from an earlier Wadjet Eye game called, unsurprisingly, "Shivah." (Note that "Rabbi Stone" doesn't work here.)

Commentary Mode: In the Options menu, turn on commentary mode and leave it on for the entire game. You don't have to listen to all the comments, just have them turned on, and that counts even if you skip every comment. I really recommend you don't do this the first time you play the game because of the spoilers.

Medium Well Done: Finish the game at least once.
