The day after Claude's death, go back to the lighthouse to find someone standing there drinking a cup of coffee. Put on your most engaging smile --

-- and get rebuffed. He's not interested in any of Rosa's pleasant chitchat. We need more information.

This is another case for Joey, who can pry without being seen.

As Joey, click on the man's coffee mug to see that it has a company logo on it.

Hint 5

Go back to your apartment and Oogle "Gold Tech" to find out who this man is and why he hangs out at the lighthouse.

Now go back and talk to the man with the coffee. When he starts to repeat himself, come back to your apartment one more time and research the company that benefited from his son's death --
