Return to Tiffany after you've talked to the Sterling guy and ask about Sterling. She says she was fired by them, and if you read the letter on the table again, it starts to make sense. Asking about Ken starts to open the flood gates, but she gets suspicious and shuts down again.

Go back to Sterling and show the jerk the press pass. He's not overly impressed, but it's time to play dirty.
