While you dance, make small talk. When you ask about her preferences, she'll turn the question around and ask you about your preferences. But if you give her Joey's actual preferences, it'll just turn her off; he is a good 70 years older than her, after all.

To get her confidence, you need to anticipate the answers she would have given -- i.e., tell her you like what you know she likes.
