This is going to be involved, I'm afraid. Try looking for a door the bartender won't let you use, then find a way to use it.

That would be the emergency exit to the left of the bar. We just need a way to distract the bartender.

After you finish talking to Ray, she orders a gimlet, which comes in a tall top-heavy glass. Is there a way to use that?

Have Rosa stand by the emergency exit door, then have Joey blow the glass off the table. While the bartender is cleaning up the mess, have Rosa scoot out that emergency exit.
