Well, not better. Use the chum that is there on the beach (front left).

How do I apply it?

Oh, you could use a sprayer .
Talk with the guardians of the Temple. Suggest that you bring them more tear gas. They give you the sprayer

I have the Holy Tear Gas sprayer

Great. Fill it with chum and spray the chum to the maidens

Distracted

As they are distracted by the birds grab the perfume. Apply the perfume on yourself.
