I do hope we're being paid for this.
You need to capture the three crows that have been causing havoc in this guest room.
Geron seemed confident that he could lay out a trap, bait it, and collect the birds when they fall for the bait.
If he's correct, then the first step is to place the net trap somewhere in the room.
Somewhere in plain view; the crows won't fall for a trap that they can't see.
The rug in the middle of the room is a perfect spot; next up, the bait.
They're omnivores, and apparently partial to the taste of eggs. Other birds' eggs, of course.

If you search your inventory, you'll find what you need. Put the dove's egg in the trap
That's one down, two to go! It's rather interesting that the other two tried to help.
The little bugger knocked a stag head off the wall, though, so you should put it back to avoid an afternoon in the stocks.
Geron plans to trap the crows inside the fireplace; you simply need to find something sturdy in the room that will hold your net.
Use the chandelier (candlestick) on the fireplace, then hang up the net by using it on the stag head.
All that's left to do after that is lay the bait - the crow you trapped earlier.
That's two down, one to go - but first, a trip home is in order.
Well, things have just gotten real - it seems our only course of action is to find - and capture - "The Fairy."
