The contact lens is gone - now is the time to strike.
Not quite - it's still far away (and out of reach, as usual).
We'll need to attack with something long-ranged.
Not in the cave, that's for sure.
Try checking the surface.
Some local flora that could hurt the guardian at a long distance.
You may have to get uncomfortably close to it to confirm its abilities.
Of course, another strange plant with a knack for hurting Geron.
We can't just grab it, though - you need to treat this nasty thing with care.
But you do have an unorthodox paddle.
Use your 'paddle' (spade) on the plant to scoop it up, then bring it back down to the cave.
You'll need to find something to plant it in - something that's pointed at the eye.
Pay close attention to your surroundings in the right side of the cave - is anything pointed directly at the eye?
Inside the huge hollowed-out worm. Damn, that's hardcore!
The plant got mad when we got too close; that's out of the question now, so we need to find another way to irritate it.
Er, sort of. What do plants not like?
?
It's the opposite of water.
Use the flintstone and tinder to start a fire inside of the worm, upsetting the plant.
An upset plant is a spitty plant - the guardian won't be happy.
Now we just need to open the fairy-gate.
