A friendly local, Jarre, told us that the man we came here to meet is dead. Fantastic.

What else did he say?

He told Geron to check the bathhouse, where the bathwoman may tell you more - for free!
If you want more information about the prism, he wants money in exchange for it.

Where is the bathhouse?

Go to the far right - it's the building next to the drunk man.

Who should I talk to?

The woman tending to the wounds of another is likely the 'bathwoman' that Jarre mentioned - see if she's willing to talk to you.

What did she have to say?

She told us that: 1 - Goswin went crazy in the time leading to his death, mentioning other worlds and prisms. 2 - That the honest merchant 'Harm' bought his house, and owns most things in the region. 3 - She can't say much about the prism - saying too much is apparently dangerous.

What now?

If we want access to the house, we'll need to speak to Harm.

Where is he?

Finding that out on your own will prove difficult - best ask someone who knows the area well.

Your slightly seedy friend from earlier.
Jarre, the man standing beside Goswin's house.

What did he have to say?

That 'honest merchant' Harm isn't as honest as you'd expect, and that he very rarely leaves his ship - the 'Therbunera.'
Lucky for us, the ship is currently in the harbour.

Where is the Therbunera?

From a starting point next to Jarre, move up through an archway and then all the way right - predictably, the Therbunera is the massive ship with a guard.
Speaking to Harm will require some social engineering.
