It's either this, or quadrupling Geron's muscle mass and pushing the statue.
Make the statue look like it's staring at the Queen by giving it an eyeball.
If you put something with a distinctive eyeball in front of one of the statue's sockets, it would do the job wonderfully.
Why not see if the gate guardian is up for it?
The guardian expressed a desire to hide in an obscure place with his grief - forever.
This is proving quite difficult with his recent vow to never re-open his eye, however.
Geron can trick the creature into coming with him by inventing a place for him to stay.
Try telling him what he wants to hear.
Tell the eye-creature that you know of a place that is 'dark' and 'as dark as an empty eye socket'.
When he asks what he can do there, tell him that he can 'dream' about his 'birthday'.
The pesky creature is in our inventory - we promised a lovely comfortable place, though, so should work on making the statue a bit cosier.
Something for the eye-monster to sit inside of.
You'll find the item you seek in the queen's chambers.
Take the wicker basket from the queen's chambers, and put it in the left eye socket of the blind statue.
You can then put the eye-monster inside and watch as he dozes to sleep. Aww!
Oh, right. I suppose you should wake him up, you heartless beast.
