The other catapult doesn't have one either.
We'll need a makeshift one - something that can support the weight of a heavy projectile.
This will involve doing something certifiably grim.
Use your knife on the deceased horse, and use its hide as a makeshift sling.
Find something for the catapult to launch and load it up!
There's no shortage of projectiles laying around the catapult.
Pull the lever we retrieved earlier.
