After calling to Dooley you can drive to the apartment.

What to do?

Combine the clues with the conspiracy board. You open following puzzle.

What to do with it?

You would need to find one place from the map that matches with the clues. You can open the places by clicking the small pin on top of the card. It will show a picture of the place.
The clues are
  • It needs to have a phone
  • Background is playing music
  • Dooley is somewhere inland
After you have only one place enabled you can try it with the green button. The persons don't have to disabled.
Look at the picture. There should be a payphone visible.
This is a hard one. I think you can look at the persons and rule out those who don't do anything with music. If there is not single one connection from music person to a place it is ruled out.
Rule out the palces that touch water on the map.
