How to distribute the dust?

The kids are all over the place. You should simultaneously spread it everywhere.

Any hints?

The sprinkler system should have access to everywhere.

What should I do?

Go to the roof and put the dust into the water tank.

The dust is in the water tank

Now start the sprinklers.
Pull from the fire alarm lever.
