How do I get down there?

The manhole cover is pretty tight - you should look for something that can pry it up.

Where should I start looking?

Check out the areas connected to the main street - one of them is bound to have something useful.

Tell me where to go.

The hotel, where a clerk mistakes you for a plumber.

Maybe you could use that misunderstanding to your advantage.

How?

Speak to the clerk and tell him that you ARE the plumber, and he'll give you a "manhole cover hook."

Hooray!

That's the exact type of thing we need to get into the sewer! Use it on the manhole to get down into the sewer.

Now what?

The ticket is at the other end of a broken walkway - and wooden boards aren't enough to cross it this time.
