We need a translator to communicate with the city's doorman - and you're unlikely to find one out here in the woods.
No, but it probably has advanced translation machines - Aurora might know where to find one.
Aurora says there might be one in the ship - see the signpost for her exact words.
It's easy to forget where something is if you put it away.
It's even easier to forget if you don't see it very often.
It's inside the ship's cargo hold, where you'll need to open the cabinet on the left to find it on the top shelf.
Don't celebrate yet - it doesn't have any batteries. Darn.
?
If in doubt, ask Aurora.
Dexter remembers 'putting them in something', but not what that 'something' was. Back onto the ship!
Something battery-powered that Dexter would be fond of.
The characters spend a lot of time in the cockpit - maybe it's in there?
The dashboard hula doll near the pilot's seat in the cockpit can have its batteries removed.
To remove them, open your inventory and right-click on the hula doll.
Left-click on the batteries and then on the translator to power it up.
The language barrier has now dissolved - go speak to the doorman again!
