The doors will surely let some poison gas in.

You should at least close them.

But that is not enough

The gas is coming under the door. If you could jam something under the door to reduce the open space there.

What should I use?

There are two towels in the house.

Use the towels on the closed doors before night to reduce poison gas coming in.

In the kitchen and in the bathroom.
