Glottis threw his heart away and the spiders took it.
When you walk past Glottis you see the heart in the spider web.

The heart is stuck on the web

You could try to cut the heart off. Maybe with the scythe?

If I cut the web, the spider fixes it

The web is really strong, indeed. Maybe you could rip it open more widely?
Look for some helping item.

What should I use on the web

Take one of the bones, from the ground. Throw the bone into the web.

The bone is stuck on the web

Try the scythe second time. The heart should fly right off the web.
Pick up the heart and give it to Glottis.
