Where do I begin?
Look at the pumps. They are shaking the tree. But the stabilizer, spinning on top of the tree, will keep the tree upright. Glottis will climb the tree when Manny shuts down the stabilizer.

What's with the wheelbarrow? Manny can move it. Try it!
What about the wheelbarrow?
Do you notice the wheel of the wheelbarrow will stop the flow on one of those hoses if you move it on top of it.
And?
Stopping a hose will stop a corresponding pump, also.
Interesting...
By adjusting the timing of the pumps you might get more shaking happening in the tree. The pumps should enhance the shaking.
What timing am I looking for?
The two left pumps should pump at the same time and the two right pumps should pump at the same time. Left and right pumps should pump alternately.
The tree is shaking, even with the stabilizer on
Now, switch off the stabilizer so Glottis can adjust the weights.
The tree is still staying up
Maybe there isn't enough weight in the stabilizer, still.
You need to add even more weight on the revolving stabilizer.
You have had some weight on the tree, already.
How do I add even more weight?
Isn't Glottis quite heavy?
What should I do?
While Glottis has climbed up, turn on the stabilizer. Glottis will start revolving and he shakes the tree down.
Make sure the pumps are pumping so that the tree waves even when Glottis is not there.
