Winter Walrus, The Refrosting (the arcade game) is harder than it looks. Suspiciously hard.

Speak with Bruce (the bartender) to get some clues as to why Winter Walrus is so hard.

Also consider why the Bouncer at the door has to check you when you enter.

You're going to need to hack the game.

By now you have almost certainly met someone who wants to help you and who seems to have mysterious powers. Talk to each of the characters again.

You should talk to Sally, the Void Dweller. She's found in the Alleyway.

Sally needs something pointy and something with buttons.

Although this is somewhat obscure, "pointy and buttons" does relate to the idea of hacking Bruce's equipment. I believe you need to have played Winter Walrus and have asked Sally about the items you have to bring her before you can give them to her. (Even if you know what they are, from guesswork, or this hint.)

Sally needs the Screwdriver (found in the electrical box in the Alleyway) and the Remote Control (found in Ye Olde Coocoo - the pub.)

Sally will give you the Hacking Device, which can be used to make Winter Walrus easier.

Use the Hacking Device on the Arcade Machine.

The Hacking Device allows you to jump at any time, including when you're in the air. Jump multiple times to "fly" to the finish line.
