You'll receive this achievement, presumably out of pity, if things go poorly during the gunfight.

How so?

You need to get Tom killed.

How do I do that?

Normally, he stays behind cover. If you got him to rush out, then didn't do anything to protect him, that would be pretty bad.

Help me out.

Use your radio on Tom, then direct him towards the valve. When he rushes towards it, do not shoot at Victor.
