Steal one of the diplodexus' teeth.

What do I need?

The diplodexus eats toads, so filling one with methane gas and lighting it would be a good way to knock a tooth loose.

How do I do that?

It's a long and complicated process; follow these hints to get access to the 'feeding elevator', then these hints to their end to get the tooth.
