Six and the axe in the middle3 hints left
You are again with Six and four portals. Now the axe is in the middle.
Lure her to the left portal. You can now grab the axe.
When you have the axe, walk to the right smaller portal. You should now be in the small left portal with the axe.
Call her by name and exit through the right small portal. Walk up to the right door and she will follow. From left door you can now walk up to the music box and smash it.
