The same general rules apply as in the other games. When nothing is happening, try the following: -- Talk to everyone about everything, including everyone on your phone. If you learn anything new at all, talk to everyone again. -- Read everything you can get your hands on. -- See what you can do to solve all the puzzles that have all their pieces. If pieces are missing, look for them. If you can't solve a puzzle, look it up in these hints. I'll tell you how to solve puzzles, and I'll also tell you how to find them.
