The goal here is to slide the tiles right and left so that each column has only one type of hieroglyphic in it, as shown by the bottom row. Read to the end of this hint for a picture showing the correct arrangement.

First off, every square is going to have a picture in it. That means that one of the tiles with a picture in the first space is going to be all the way to the left, and one with a picture in the last slot is going to be all the way to the right.

Next, look for hieroglyphics that match. For example, two of the tiles have a little sparrow-type bird on them, and those pictures will most likely end up in the same column.

Next, try looking for patterns. For example, if two tiles have a snake, a space, and a square, the odds are that those patterns will line up.

Finally, if you think you've got everything right but it's just not coming together, try looking for other patterns that might also fit. Remember, you're going to end up filling every slot in the bottom row.
