Hint 1

When you climb the stairs, look to your right to see an empty frame --

Hint 2

-- and to your left to see a blue dresser with a bag of cotton bolls on it. Grab the bag; you'll need it later.

Hint 3

Go forward to find a couple of sleeping bags; this must have been where Jessalyn and Addison were planning to sleep. There's also a table here that may be empty, or it may have things on it for you. It's not a bad idea to check it whenever you pass by.

Hint 4

Turn your back on the table to see a painting and a sofa with a book on it. Read the book for some information about more Thorntons.

Hint 5

Go down the left hall to find a painting with something wrong with it --

-- and a locked door that will take you a long time to unlock.
