Go to that wall to find an unusual little door puzzle. Read to the end of this hint for a step by step on how to open it.
Hint 4
The goal here, as Nancy says, is to manipulate the puzzle so only lightning bolts show. It's not real obvious from the interface, but what's going on here is that you have four wheels on top of each other.
Hint 5
From top to bottom, the wheel colors are silver, blue, yellow, green, and red. The red wheel doesn't move. To move the other wheels, grab the one arm that's slightly longer and drag.
Hint 6
Any way that you move the wheels that ends up with all the visible arms showing lightning bolts will open the door. Here's one way that I know works:
This door leads you to the Workshop, where you will often find Niobe from now on. It's also a convenient way to get back into the Underworld, until you can find the remote for the lift again.
Hint 8
In fact, until you solve the other side of the door you just came in through, you'll HAVE to exit the Workshop via the Underworld.
