Late in the game, after Xenia changes her dress, she'll ask you to program the light cues. Read to the end of this hint for step-by-step directions on how to do this.
Hint 2
You'll use the "Quick Start Guide" card Xenia just gave you (called "Lightboard Notes" in your inventory) and Xenia's script that you stole from her at the start of the game.
Hint 3
What you're doing here is setting up the color and intensity of each light for five different places in the script. Look at Xenia's script on pages 10, 11, 12, and 14.
Hint 4
Click on a cue number to find out what's going on for that cue. The cue numbers aren't in the same order as the scenes appear, unfortunately, so you'll have to read those four pages to figure out which cue is which.
Hint 5
Once you know which one is which, you need to figure out Xenia's notes. The capital letter with the parenthesis tells you which light. The letters with the dots and arrows tell you what colors to set where and at what intensity. (The letters stand for the colors -- R=red, A=aqua, W=white, etc.)
Hint 6
For example, on page 10, the note says A), so click on Light A. It then has a B with one dot and an arrow pointing left and then down. So the top light, the one with an arrow that same shape, should be blue, with the intensity set at one. Get it?
Hint 7
To change the color of an arrow, click on the color first, then click on the arrow. The arrow will then fill in that color. Then click on the little slider above it to set the intensity of the light.
Hint 8
If you make a mistake and want to start all over, click on the tiny "Clear" button at the lower right, then click on the lights you want to remove.
Hint 9
When you think you've got it, click on "Save Cue" at the lower right corner, and the lightboard will say "Cue successfully entered" if you got it right.
Hint 10
Confused? Don't panic; after you do the first one, the rest will start to make sense. Here are all the settings.
