I can't find my way around town! 3 hints left

Hint 1

The town seems confusing at first, but that's mainly because it's so dark. The town is really very simple.

Hint 2

It's shaped like a big cross, with Dagny more or less at the center. The Missti Skip Pub is up; the ship and dinghy are right; the snowmobile is down; and the Culture Center is left.

Hint 3

Spend some time running about the place for a few minutes, and you'll figure everything out.
