To make him look like someone from the jungle. You know, Tarzan and stuff...

I would guess a person from the jungle has long hair. A wig would work, too.

Tell me what to give to Dt. Verbin for a disguise

Give him the mop head.

Now he needs a clothing

Again, going with Tarzan. Maybe some undies will suffice.
There is a laundry room in the hotel.

Where do I get undies?

Go to the laundry room and take the leopard undies from the clothes pile. Give them to Dt. Verbin.
