After talking to Fud Funnie you need some proof to show that it was indeed him, who drew all over the walls.
You can try to give the string panties to Fud but they don't work as proof.
Saturday noon, 1st floor, between rooms 1 and 2

Where do I find evidence?

Start from his room.
Room 8

What am I looking for?

Anything suspicious.
Look at the gum on top of the toilet.

It is a hole!

A peeping hole! Look into the hole. Now you just need to get Fud caught.

What to do?

Go talk to Fud and use the beeper decoy.

Fud left

He is probably peeping into Ginger's room. Room 7.

What to do next to Fud?

Go into the room 7. Look at the portrait in the bathroom. You caught him! Go talk to him in front of room 8.
