You know... a cone, that is flying.

There's a cone near your caravan. Deal with your dog, Igorshki, first.

Now, make it fly!

Well, it is not rocket science.

Attach something flying into it and launch it away!

Oh, did I say too much? I'm extremely rocket.. I mean sorry! Sorry!

Take a rocket near the space cadet. Attach it to the cone. That is your flying cone.

There is a small launching area at the butt observatory. The rocket will launch from there.
