What do I need to do?

Remember that orange portals are not exit-only.

You can walk through an orange portal to emerge from a blue portal.

Help me out.

Shoot a blue portal somewhere you can reach to get up onto the raised platform, if you aren't already on it. Next, shoot a portal onto the wall behind the other cube, then walk back through the orange one.

You can then put the cube onto the other button to unlock the next room.
