Despite promising to "not monitor this chamber" you can prompt a harsh response from the robotic voice if you break the puzzle.

Break the puzzle? How?

You need to activate the two buttons to open the door to the next room, right? That requires two cubes. What if one of them was stuck in the room?

How do I achieve that?

  • Put the two cubes onto the buttons as you normally would
  • When the door opens, shoot a portal inside the room, but do not enter!
  • Put one cube on the ground near the platform, then put the other cube on top of it
  • Jump on top of both cubes (jump and crouch at the same time if you're struggling), and when you reach the top of the piston, crouch and pick up the top cube.
  • Without walking through the portal yourself, drop the cube through it - and the easter egg is complete.
