We're halfway there! This radio is on top of the pistons facing the button.

How do I grab it?

Use momentum to reach the platform with the cube dispenser, then peek over the edge.

It's a bit tricky, but you can move forward while falling to try and land on the edge of the panels - and then walk along the pistons to reach the radio.

Where do I take it?

The light will turn green when the radio's against the wall behind the button.
