The platforms are moving in the least helpful direction possible. Time to put your timing to the test!

What do I do?

There's a decent amount of space between each platform - jumping is out of the question.

Hmm...

The walls are all portal-friendly.

You can peek through portals before stepping through them.
Put a portal on the back wall, and a second one somewhere you can step through. When the platform's in a convenient spot, step through it.

What now?

There's still a bit more corridor to navigate! Repeat the process, creating a portal a bit further ahead each time. If the timing is proving difficult, you can always ride the platform to the end before stepping onto a new one.
