Jump along the top of the three platforms, and you'll reach a room with another button.

What do I do here?

The button opens a small room filled with portal-unfriendly surfaces. You might need something to hold it open for you.

Help me out.

If you didn't already, grab the companion cube and repeat the platform-jumping while holding it. You can then use it to hold the door open.

What now?

The room is home to a standing button that opens the nearby incinerator.

To proceed, you'll need to quickly return to the companion cube... and throw it inside the incinerator.
