Feeling the heat? There are four more radios to rescue in the back rooms of Aperture.

The escape sequence's first radio is at the edge of a flaming pit.

How do I grab it?

First, get yourself to safety by putting a portal on the platform above the pit. Next, create some portals in the same spots as the screenshot below.


Carefully stand in the portal next to you, and you should be able to grab the radio before you get burnt.

Where should I take it?

The light will turn green when the radio is on a broken ramp above a pit of acid.

Where is the second radio?

At the beginning of 'part 2', where you find five enormous pistons.

Before entering this room, there's a small corridor on the right. Shoot a portal on the other side of the fence beneath the stairs in this corridor to find the radio in a small den at the end of a vent.


Where do I take it?

Watch out for holes in the floor and unpredictable piston collisions as you take it through to the next room.

The light will turn green when the radio is on top of the white platform near the horizontal pistons - see the first screenshot below for some fairly safe portal placements.


Where is the third radio?

At the beginning of 'part 3', soon after you escape from a turret ambush.

In the 'turret maintenance' room, you'll find the radio on a table. Unlike most of the others, it's pretty hard to miss!

Where do I take it?

Into the next room, where you turn the tables and ambush a turret. The light will turn green when the radio is in the den next to the 'Over Here' graffiti.

Where is the final radio?

In the boggy area you enter at the start of part 4, at the bottom of the huge room filled with turrets.

Where do I take it?

To the room above the area where two extra turrets are dropped in to kill you. The light will turn green - and if it's your last radio, the achievement will unlock - when the radio is next to the big green machines.

Getting the radio up there is a bit tricky. I'd recommend getting up to the room by yourself first, leaving a portal somewhere inside, then backtracking to the radio and taking it with you through a second portal.
