His name is Ever-Faithful Leobuilt, and he is a preacher of the Humanist Creed. As if that wasn't enough, he is a steward of the shrine- the "shrine" being this bomb. "Once More?" "What is that thing?" "I'm looking for a power source..." "I'm looking for a big robot." "I am also a Humanist."
He has met your first and third versions, and taught you the mysteries of Humanism.
The shrine is a relic of the Primordium, ancient and glorious. It's very powerful. Wink wink, nudge nudge.
