One that Toivo has a grudge against.

Hmm...

Toivo has a grudge against Esko because the maniac cut his leg off. You need to kill him before telling him that you've restored power to the radio tower, as he disappears afterwards.
Note that this achievement cannot be unlocked in the same playthrough as Chainsaw Dance.

When does the achievement unlock?

After freeing yourself from a room with Louna's help, you'll witness a strangely slapstick scene and the achievement will unlock soon after.
