This easily-missed achievement can be unlocked at any point after powering up the elevator and reaching the other side of the river.

What do I need to do?

Find a shotgun shell at the site of a tragedy.

What tragedy?

You'll learn more about it after making progress with the story, but a car crashed by the river near shelter 4. A shotgun shell that was used to kill the driver can be found near the wreckage.

Where is it, roughly?

Near the car, amongst the grass on the opposite side of the path. It's tiny AND a difficult colour to spot, so try moving your mouse around!
