This missable achievement is unlocked when you kill Esko or Viljo. Doing so will stop you from unlocking Zero Shots and the achievements for keeping them alive.

How do I kill them?

Use your gun on them at any point. You start with three bullets and can't find any others, so try not to waste any.

What happens if I shoot them?

  • Killing Viljo doesn't have any major effects. You'll get some dog food from his corpse and won't be able to ask about the paper in his attic, if you didn't do that already.
  • Killing Esko will let you skip the hunt for dog food, but you'll need to figure out how to fix the generator yourself and ask Elve where Toivo is after fixing the radio tower.
