Ask help from the flower booth owner near the Hepburn railway station. Talk to Ms. Greet first about the potted plants to get a book about it.

What next?

Go outside the orphanage and go to the plant table. You should have the book to help you save the plants. The idea is to get the right mix of the potions to the test tube. Somewhere in the book is a red circle. You should follow the shortest path to get to the red circle. There is arrows on the potions, it sets the direction. First choose the color where you start then go the shortest route to the red circle.

How do I do it?

First choose the color where you start then go the shortest route to the red circle. When you are in the red circle use the nutrient solutions. Then remove the test tube and use it to the plant.
