It's even got a non-American computer at the desk.

How does that help me?

If we talk to the clerk, he tells us a little more - he's not English, but is learning the language through a program on the computer.

How does THAT help me?

The computer also has a floppy disk drive.

What should I do?

We'll need to take the dictionary program to Ralf, but to do that, we need to copy it onto a floppy disk.
