Open the toilet seat and open the window to get it there.

What should I do to the fly?

Well, the previous fly was dizzied from the smoke coming from the incense burner.

There is an incense burner in the bathroom, too. It is not lit, though.

The bathroom burner is smoking, now

Well done, but the fly doesn't seem to care. Maybe the smoke is ventilating out of the bathroom.

What should I do?

Did you notice you can also close the bathroom door? Just do it outside so you don't pass away from the smoke.
There are two ways the room ventilates.

So, when you have a fly in the bathroom you should leave it alone in the room with the incense burner.
Close the window and then close the door from outside. The fly will pass out. You can do this over and over again.
Open the window and the toilet seat.
