They're not much use on their own, so an extra step is needed to turn them into a usable bow.

It's huge, but the spear impaling the statue on the upper level will do the job.

You'll need to find a way to shrink the spear.

Perspective tricks - big and small are just a matter of perspective, after all.

If the giant peacock wasn't enough of an indicator of weirdness, the atrium is bizarre.

Look around it for perspective tricks, and use the 'spear' on one if you find it.

Use the spear on the water basin on the upper side of the atrium; this will shrink it down to the size of a regular arrow.

Don't ask me how that works, I'm just the hint guy.
