Use the ladder on the hole to walk over it.

What's the plan?

Make a big amount of holy water and pour it into the sewer.

Where's the water?

The water is, of course, in the water tower.

How to make the water in the tower holy?

Go ask the priest. He will bless the water.

How do I get the water out?

Crash the water tower! It's feet are already breaking.

How do I crash the water tower?

Use the car key on the mafia car.

But Dooley will drown!

Hmm.. true. Make some kind of breathing device for him.

His breathing is now secured

Use the car key on the mafia car to collapse the tower.
