Domino's office.

Search through Domino's stuff in his office until you find something that will help with the rope.

Try some of the whiskey while you are at there.

You can enter it through the ledge. Just like you visited Don Copal's office, earlier. Manny will open the window to Domino's office.

Where should I look into in Domino's office?

Open his work desk drawer. Pick up the coral.

What should I attach to the rope?

You have found something shaped like it could catch the bars.

You have the green coral in your inventory.

What should I do with it?

Use the green coral on the loose end of the rope. Then throw the rope at the ladder. You can now climb to the ladder and up to the roof.

What should I do on the roof?

Stealing some pigeon eggs is always a good idea.
