Where do I find pigeon eggs?
There's lots of pigeons but you have to find their nest. Where would pigeons nest?
Where is the nest?
It is on top of the DOD building. On the roof. If you climb on the ledge you can see there's a ladder heading to the roof.
The nest is at the bottom left corner. Inside the large vent.
The pigeons won't let me get to the nest
There are too many of those flying rats. Would there be a way to get rid of the pigeons? Feeding the pigeons make them move, at least.

That dish vent must be the key here. The pigeons like it. You could feed the pigeons with the vent.
