Tests Like Chicken
Soon after slipping past a few big fans, you'll enter a tiny office. A door in the middle of the office leads to test chamber 14's observation room, where you can see the file for Subject 42 (whose bone structure indicates they are an actual chicken.)
In the Xbox 360 version of the game, Portal: Still Alive, picking up this clipboard unlocks the 'Tests Like Chicken' achievement.
