There is a that clock tower in the middle of the village. Chestnut and Melsonict are guarding the tower and prevent anyone from pulling the lever.
There's an old quarrel about the clock nad now it is not working.

Unfortunately, one cog is missing. Also, half of the cogs are with Melsonict.
